VOXI: block your SIM after phone theft
VOXI has no phone line, so report your stolen phone on the VOXI website to block your SIM and number — do it now so the thief stops getting your security codes. Then freeze your bank cards by phone, secure your email, and report the theft to the police.
Your SIM receives the security codes that protect your bank and email. Until it’s blocked, the thief receives them. Here’s the fastest way in, from any borrowed phone.
1. Report it to VOXI
VOXI has no phone line — reporting is online:
Report it on the VOXI site →⚠ We couldn’t confirm this one against the official website. Double-check it on the organisation’s own site before you rely on it.
VOXI has no phone line — support is web chat and social only, via voxi.co.uk. Sign-in uses your registered email, so if email is compromised, say so in chat and ask for extra verification.
The other calls that can’t wait
- Every other bank on that phone — including every card ever added to Apple Pay or Google Pay. Dial 159 to reach each bank’s fraud team.
- Your mobile network — block the SIM so the thief stops receiving your security codes.
- Your email — change the password, sign out all devices, then remove any forwarding rules or connected apps the thief planted.
- Police — 999 if it just happened, otherwise 101 or online. Get the crime reference number.
